As the TikToker notes, Carpenter has a youthful “inverted triangle face” shape and has seemingly always had fuller cheeks. However, the TikToker suspects that she actually hasn’t had that much work done.
This is because her face and its overall shape have stayed pretty consistent throughout the years. However, the Tiktoker claims that it’s possible she could’ve had some derma filler in her chin to make it more projected, and pointy. This adds to her facial harmony, as the TikToker goes on to explain.

In this other TikTok video posted by user @drjb.aesthetics, aging and makeup play a role in Carpenter’s changes over the years but is there something more to her transformation? Carpenter is currently 25 years old.

The TikToker explains that there are certain features that have changed attributed to this change in appearance. For instance, her face is seemingly more heart-shaped now. Similar to the other TikToker, this TikToker claims that the star could’ve gotten derma fillers to the chin- and possibly the cheekbones. Also, her nose and lips have allegedly changed in size and definition in which the TikToker claims that her nose looks sharper and lifted while the lips appear slightly bigger.
It’s possible Carpenter used surgical and nonsurgical procedures to achieve a more prominent look. However, there is no concrete evidence to support these claims as Carpenter has not come forward to address rumors- this is all seemingly speculation at the moment.
