If you’re all caught up on the current Love is Blind UK episode drop, Sam is currently in a love triangle with Nicole and Benaiah. Sam proposed to Nicole, and she accepted. Now, it seems as though Nicole has second thoughts about her decision. In the preview for the next few episodes, we see Nicole contemplating her decision and seemingly going back to Benaiah after breaking off her engagement with Sam.
