Did Selena Gomez stop the ongoing beef between her and Hailey Bieber with an Instagram story?

The team Selena/team Hailey drama has been ongoing for almost a month. To sum it up, fans believe that Hailey Bieber deliberately goes out of her way to shade her husband’s ex, Selena Gomez. Even with a few subtle mentions of it from Selena’s side, the drama has only gotten stronger.

This morning, Gomez took to her socials to defend Hailey and attempt to stop the back and forth once and for all.

“Hailey Bieber reached out to me and let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity,” She begins, “This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying.”

She finishes off the post, kindly asking for the hate to stop.

“I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop. ❤️”

The main question which still stands is, will this be the end of the Team Hailey/Team Selena drama? After browsing Twitter, it’s hard to tell.
