According to this TikTok video posted by user @stephwithdadeets, Selena Gomez allegedly lost 1 million followers on Instagram following her return to social media after an alleged quick break.

As you can see, Gomez reportedly went from 430 million followers to 429 million followers on Instagram. This follows the star’s alleged break from social media after she posted a story claiming that her words/posts don’t really matter in regard to world events.

Gomez seemingly threatened to quit Instagram after getting backlash with this post- which she did not. However, it seems as though she took a quick break and, in the meantime, her brand, Rare Beauty, made a post claiming they would be donating to the Humanitarian Crisis in Gaza.

However, as the TikToker outlines, some fans were concerned to learn that the company was also suposedly donating to an organization that directly gives its funds to the IDF.
