Taylor Swift took time before her recent concert at Wembley Stadium to meet with the victims of the Southport stabbing. At the end of July, a few young Taylor Swift fans were tragically killed during a dance yoga class centered around the pop star. The three young girls killed were Bebe King, 6, Alice Dasilva Aguliar, 9, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, 7.

Some of the surviving girls and their families could attend a backstage experience, where they met the singer. One photo was shared by Sami Wolf, a mother who attended the show with her daughters Autumn and Hope. Her daughters were in attendance during the tragedy, and Wolf shared a photo to Tiktok of her daughters meeting the singer before seeing the show. One of the girls is seen with an arm bandage that could have been from an injury during the incident. The bandage on her forearm had a lyric from Taylor’s song “Cardigan”: “You drew stars around my scars.”.

The stabbing, unfortunately, wasn’t the only incident that happened recently to Taylor Swift fans. Many fans were not able to see the singer perform in Austria a few weeks ago. There was a group of teenage boys planning a terrorist attack on the show in Vienna. The incident was stopped before any tragedies could take place. However, the shows in Vienna had to be canceled for safety reasons following the incident. Security has been ramped up for Swift’s upcoming shows to keep fans safe and let them enjoy the show without fear.
