According to this TikTok video posted by user @noahglenncarter, the sky is allegedly “glitching” in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

As the TikToker notes, a few videos have described videos coming out of Allentown as the “end of the world.” In the videos, the sky can be seen flashing for seemingly no reason, causing people to think that it is glitching in an “end-of-the-world scenario.”

However, this is reportedly not the case. There was reportedly a fire near a local substation near Allentown, and the fire is responsible for the flashing in the sky. As the TikToker notes, we don’t know for sure what caused this flashing in the sky but lots of people supposedly lost power because of it. There were also reports of a loud explosion. Reports also alleged seeing a big ball of electricity in the air which could’ve caused the sky to flash different colours.

Since this news went viral, people have had their power restored and the TikToker states that no one was injured. There is also reportedly no danger to the public.
