In a recent interview with Canadian therapist Dr. Gabor Maté, Prince Harry received a live ‘clinical diagnosis’ – ADD, as Deadline writes in this article.

During the 90-minute interview that was live broadcasted on Zoom, the When The Body Says No author informed the prince that he has “several diagnoses” to present to Harry due to reading the memoir Spare.

“Whether you like it or not, I have diagnosed you with ADD. You can agree or disagree,” the therapist told Harry. “OK – should I accept that or should I look into it?” the prince responded during their live chat. “You can do what you want with it,” Maté answered. “I don’t see it as a disease. I see it as a normal response to abnormal stress,” the therapist added.

The interview was an intimate discussion in which the prince disclosed his emotional journey after losing his mother and considering going to therapy. “I thought that if I went to therapy, it would kill me and that I would lose whatever I had left, whatever I managed to hold onto of my mother,” the prince said, as The Washington Post mentions here.
