Footage of a woman being kidnapped in NYC has gone viral. HOLR breaks it down.

According to this article, a woman in NYC was allegedly kidnapped off a street by someone who drove away in a minivan around 1:45 a.m. this past Friday. From the looks of it, the man was waving his arms to get the woman’s attention, as mentioned here.

New York Police Department released footage of the suspect and victim in order to get the public’s help in identifying both individuals.

Police are also looking for the getaway vehicle- a late-model Toyota minivan.

The woman is believed to be in her late 20s. According to this article, Police reportedly said the “van took off with the woman inside, in which the incident allegedly occurred along Avenue W and Stillwell Avenue in the Gravesend section of the borough.”

Apparently, the woman did not appear to be struggling when picked up by the man. A reward of up to $3,500 is supposedly being offered for any information.
