The American actress and businesswoman, Gwyneth Paltrow, discusses her past relationships on Alex Cooper’s podcast, Call Her Daddy. During the interview, she details her sex life with her previous partners, Brad Pitt, and Ben Affleck.
“Brad or Ben”
Alex Cooper isn’t afraid to ask the real questions. Cooper gets right to it, asking Paltrow the simple question, “Brad or Ben?” This followed a game of questions surrounding Gwyneth’s relationship with these two reported exes.

Cooper asks Paltrow which of the two exes (Brad Pitt or Ben Affleck) is better in bed. Paltrow pauses and remarks that the decision is “really hard.” She then proceeds to further explain that, “Brad was like the sort of major chemistry, love of your life, kind of, at the time, and then Ben was, like, technically excellent”.

During the film Seven (1994), the two actors met and began dating. After just a couple of years of dating, Pitt got on his knee and popped the question to Paltrow. The pair got engaged in December 1996 and within 6 months their engagement was called off.
Paltrow reveals on the podcast that she was “totally heartbroken when we broke up.” Paltrow was 24 at the time and the two had an age gap of 9 years. She expressed that she was not ready and had a lot of development to do at the time. “It was the right thing at that time, but it was really hard,” said Paltrow.
