As noted in the video, a BBC investigation allegedly uncovered accusations of a “highly-organized network” that reportedly used a middleman to recruit men for events with Abercrombie & Fitch’s ex-CEO Jeffries and his partner, Matthew Smith. The middleman has allegedly been discovered to be James Jacobson, and it was believed he recruited these young men with the possibility of becoming models for Abercrombie & Fitch.

It turns out that 8 men reportedly offered to share their stories with the BBC in order to detail what happened in these incidents. Allegedly, the men were sexually abused or exploited at parties hosted by Jeffries and Smith. Then, they were reportedly paid thousands of dollars in cash. According to the video, the men were supposedly subject to coercion.

Jeffries and Smith did not comment on the allegations and Abercrombie & Fitch has since come out to say they are “appalled and disgusted” by the behavior of the brand’s ex-CEO, as mentioned in the video.

This news follows the previous class action lawsuit that claimed the company was racist in its behaviors.
