Anne Hathaway is going viral after a video of the star surfaced telling fans to seemingly calm down.

According to this TikTok video posted by user @notskinnybutnotfat, Anne Hathaway can be heard saying, “Calma amore,” to a crowd of people waiting for her following a Valentino Show in Rome.

In the now-viral clip, Hathaway can be seen addressing the crowd with her hand up repeating the word, “calma” which translates to “calm.”

It seems as though the crowd is there to take photos with/of the star. However, Hathaway addresses the crowd to let them know that she “cannot take photos with everyone” but that she will “stand here and wave if you would like to take a photo.” Hathaway is reportedly on a schedule in this clip which is why she could not stay and be with her fans.

People in the comment section of the above TikTok video were shocked at Hathaway’s response to the crowd, finding the clip hilarious.

Others confirmed that Hathaway does in fact embody her character of Mia Thermopolis in the “Princess Diaries,” as the Princess of Genovia.
