Not to be confused with the Instagram platform Deuxmoi, Fauxmoi is a separate Reddit thread that has been trending lately. As detailed in the subreddit page overview, Fauxmoi is a “general gossip subreddit thread” which strives “to be a safe space to discuss celebrity news with an emphasis on thoughtful analysis and respect with no tolerance of uncivil views.” As a result, Rule 1 for users interacting with this thread is to “Keep It Civil.”
