Hundreds of Canadians have been lining up over bridges and highway overpasses the last few days as the Freedom Convoy has been heading towards Ottawa this past week.
The freedom convoy is a rally of truckers and others alike who are peacefully protesting the vaccine mandate that the Canadian government wants to implement. The convoy that had started in British Colombia has been making its way throughout each province and has officially arrived in Ontario and the greater Toronto area.
Today at around 1:30 pm the convoy of truckers had made its way to Vaughan Mills as its primary stop where citizens had donated food, clothes, health supplies, and stationary like washer fluid and gas cards.
As the convoy left Vaughan Mills hundreds of citizens stood tall and free in support of the truckers by waving flags and making signs in support of what they are doing. The freedom convoy is not to protest the vaccine itself, it is to protest the freedom of Canadian citizens.
The convoy is said to have around 50,000 truckers who will be arriving in Ottawa on January 29th, and who will be peacefully protesting at Parliament. Hundreds of Canadians are standing by and are proud of the work and efforts that the truckers are putting in place as without them the country will not be able to run without food, health care, gas and much more.
