As seen in the video, Bieber was seemingly yelled at in Paris by an angry restaurant owner reportedly because she parked her car in the wrong place. During the encounter, in which Bieber walks right past the alleged owner, the owner can be heard saying things like, “Go ahead I’ll call the cops right away”, and “Even the president of France doesn’t do this.” The interaction lasted only for a few seconds but the owner looked angry at the fact that Bieber was parked there and seen walking inside. Bieber – and her team- did not seemingly react in the video.
In the below blind item posted by user @thekylemarisa, there are also rumors floating around that Bieber and Selena Gomez- who is also in Paris for Paris Fashion Week- will not be running into each other as their teams are communicating to ensure this doesn’t happen.
