According to this article, Reese Witherspoon is undergoing divorce proceedings after announcing her recent split from Jim Toth. The article says that Witherspoon listed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the pair’s divorce.
The dup reportedly have a prenup agreement in place. As well, the article states that Witherspoon asked the court to list both her and Toth as joint custodians of 10-year-old, Tennessee James, the son in which they share together.

According to this article, Witherspoon and Tom Brady could have a romantic connection and maybe allegedly dating. The duo are both going through respective divorces and share a unique connection. Apparently, the two were “allegedly involved in a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans scandal” which took place during the pandemic, as mentioned here.

It is alleged that Witherspoon and Brady took out close to a million dollars in PPP loans. This is controversial in nature as the PPP was coined to assist smaller businesses in the midst of the pandemic.
