The duo recently split up after Jeezy suddenly filed for divorce from his wife of 2 years, Jeannie Mai. The pair share a one-year-old daughter together. As noted in the TikTok video, Jeannie came out to address her temper on a previous podcast, explaining that she didn’t notice her “really hot temper” until her relationship with Jeezy. She claims that it boiled down to the “type of respect you have for that person” as she didn’t notice it before in her previous marriage. Jeannie goes into detail and opens up about her supposed anger and disrespectful comments that reportedly she made towards her first ex, and that it didn’t fly when she tried that behavior with Jeezy.
Jeannie claims that through “work” they learned each other’s habits and even though Jeezy never told her to control her temper, she saw that she had to change her ways in order to not allegedly lose the person she loved.
