Julia Roberts broke the silence and is reflecting on her ex-boyfriend, Matthew’s Death
Julia Roberts, 56, one of the most famous actresses in America, recalled her sweet memory, the heartbreaking loss of Matthew Perry’s ultimate death. He passed away last October at the age of 54. The late Friends star Matthew Perry and Julia Roberts dated for nearly three months in the 1990s. Moreover, before Roberts appeared as a guest star on an episode from season 2 of the beloved sitcom Friends, the duo had already become a couple. On the show, Roberts appeared as Perry’s character, Chandler Bing’s childhood classmate, which Perry later wrote down in his 2022 memoir, highlighting their relationship and starring on the show together. “I sent her three dozen red roses, and the card read: The only thing more exciting than the prospect of you doing the show is that I finally have an excuse to send you flowers.” Perry expressed this in his memoir. Moreover, he remembered Roberts’ smile; her grinning had always been his energy source. As Perry passed away so suddenly at a young age, his loss meant much more challenging for her. Roberts had been silent about Perry’s death for two months after he died. She had gone through a hard time as she took two months to open up her memories. However, she now profoundly appreciates Matthew Perry.
