As noted in the TikTok video above posted by user @niuer43, the ceremony was quiet, in which there were approximately only 20 people in attendance. His co-stars from Friends were also present.
The service was held in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles. It is close to the Warner Bros. Studio, where Perry had filmed Friends for many years. Perry had been battling substance abuse and wished to start a foundation to help others. Since his passing, his family has made this happen. The Matthew Perry Foundation is currently live.

TMZ reported that Perry died at the age of 54 at his home in Los Angeles. It is believed that he died of an apparent drowning, as also noted here.
