Video Evidence Has Been Released From Lil Baby’s Las Vegas Arrest

August 28th, 2024 – Bodycam footage has been released from rapper Lil Baby’s arrest.

Lil Baby was recently arrested in Las Vegas for possession of an illegal weapon. The police report from the case doesn’t clarify how the rapper ended up being pat down, but it is clear why he got arrested. He became quickly agitated with the police after they questioned if he had a license for his gun. At one point, he got so angry he taunted the officers, saying they should check him thoroughly because he had a “gun in his nuts.”. The police weren’t happy with his attitude, and witnesses reported the rapper being escorted out of the Encore in Las Vegas in handcuffs.

Lil Baby was taken to the Clark County Detention Center. He’s since been released after posting $5,000 bail. If Lil Baby was in his home state of Georgia, he might have gotten off with a warning. However, conceal and carry laws vary between states. While his gun had a permit in Georgia, the same law doesn’t apply in Nevada, making his weapon illegal. Cops investigated and found video evidence of Lil Baby being handed said gun and arrested him for allegedly carrying a concealed firearm without a permit. The rapper seems relatively unfazed following the situation as he joked about it on social media. “Apparently, when you add ???? + ???????? … you get ???? on arrival!!!” was what he captioned a photo on his Instagram. The rapper will definitely think twice before indulging in alcohol from now on.
