Queen Camilla fed milk to orphaned elephants while visiting Nairobi National Park with King Charles III in Kenya

On Wednesday, November 1, King Charles III, 74, and Queen Camilla, 76, met some orphan elephants. Moreover, Camilla, widely known as an animal lover, took pleasure in feeding milk to orphaned elephants there. The couple was on a four-day state trip to Kenya. This was especially the first time he visited Kenya after King Charles III succeeded the throne on the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, on September 8, 2022.

In a video posted by @royalfamily, the empress wears a long elegant dress with brown boots and listens attentively to members of Sheldrick Wildlife.

Queen Camilla improves the lives of equine animals and the communities

Following yesterday’s Kenya state banquet, they showed up at a Commonwealth War Graves Commission cemetery in Nairobi on Wednesday. Moreover, the couple joined British and Kenyan military personnel in a memorial event. After that, they split up to contribute to different occasions.

The Queen, the president of the equine welfare charity, showed up at the Brooke Animal Sanctuary in Nairobi while the monarch visited the United Nations Office there. During the visit to the sanctuary,  she met donkey owners and lent her ear to the charity’s impact on their society: animal protection and care for donkeys. In addition, children from Donkey Care Clubs expressed pleasure in gifting a painted and handcrafted flower at the end.
