Pop Singers Shawn Mendes and Camilla Cabello were seen together at the Copa America final between Argentina and Columbia. Their appearance together shocked fans because the pair dated in the past.

Since 2014, fans have shipped Shawn and Camilla together. Shawn and Camilla, who at the time was in Fifth Harmony were on tour with fellow pop singer Austin Mahone. At the time, the pair weren’t together, but they were always close and did things that would suggest they were more than friends.

Subsequently, in 2015, they released a song together called “I Know What You Did Last Summer”. This song sparked even more rumors as to the relationship of the pair, but they denied it whenever questioned. It wasn’t until 2019, when their hit song “Senorita” was released that they confirmed they were now a couple. When performing the song at the 2019 VMAs, the pair shared a kiss onstage after the song finished. The crowd went wild as fans didn’t have to speculate about the relationship that the couple had with each other.

Although the pair shared many public moments as a couple, they announced on November 17th, 2021, that they had ended their romantic relationship. The couple has now been reportedly broken up since that day, but the romance rumors started fresh as they were seen together at multiple events since their breakup, including Coachella and now Copa America.
