Photos and alleged video footage of Liam Payne’s death are reportedly circulating online following his sudden passing.

October 16, 2024– Alleged video and photo footage of Payne’s hotel room and recent death are seemingly circulating online following his passing.
X users have taken to the platform to share emerging alleged details about what the hotel room reportedly looked like at the time of his passing. A video of Payne allegedly falling out of the hotel room video is also circulating- but is it real?
Liam Payne Death
Payne passed away suddenly on October 16 around 5 pm in Buenos Aires, where he was staying in a hotel. TMZ reported here that the former One Directioner was acting “erratic” in the lobby before being allegedly taken back to his room. It is alleged that shortly after, he supposedly fell to his death from the hotel room. He suffered severe injuries as a result.
Some claims online alleged that Payne might’ve been “high,” before his passing, as HOLR noted here.
Payne’s Wikipedia page claims that the singer was diagnosed with ADHD and had struggled with alcoholism and suicidal ideation in his past, which he spoke previously about.
It is unclear at the moment if Payne’s death was accidental or intentional.
Liam Payne Hotel Room Photos
For instance, @callofboring posted a series of photos on X allegedly of Payne’s hotel room in Buenos Aires, which appears to be trashed.
This seemingly lines up with other claims that the room was in disarray. As the alleged photos show, there appears to be apparent damage to the TV and debris left around. As well, there were supposedly burn marks and stains throughout the room.
There are also allegations that a powdery substance- allegedly believed to be cocaine- was found in the room, as noted in this article by MARCA.
Liam Payne Hotel Room Fall Video
Alleged harrowing video footage of Payne falling from the hotel room has also been making its rounds online, on platforms such as X and Reddit.
HOLR will not be linking to the video as it contains disturbing and graphic footage. However, the video has yet to be verified, with some online claiming that the video is actually “fake” and allegedly not of Payne’s death or from this year.

As outlined here on Hollywood Reporter, TMZ had reportedly posted and then removed alleged photos of Payne’s death after receiving backlash from the public.
These photos seemingly showed sections of Payne’s arm and waist following his death. Apparently, his tattoos were identifiable in the viral images. The outlet has also posted the police tent laid over Payne’s body.
