According to this TikTok video posted by user @hot_linq, a video of a man scaling the new Las Vegas Sphere is going viral online after people passing by captured footage of his upward climb to the top.

As the presenter in this related video posted by user @todayshow notes, the man was allegedly arrested after he climbed the Sphere in Las Vegas. Footage of the man captured by people filming shows him scaling more than 350 feet up to the top of the popular venue. He was reportedly taken into custody as a result of this climb. The man also appears to have no safety harnesses on as he scales the building.

The 24-year-old man is allegedly an activist who scales tall buildings across the United States. He reportedly does this to protest abortion and supposedly calls himself pro-life Spider-Man as noted in this clip.

This news comes just days before the Las Vegas Super Bowl LVIII, which the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers are set to play in.
