August 15, 2024– According to this TikTok video posted by user @laurenisgossip, Kourtney Kardashian’s brand, Lemme, is reportedly involved in a lawsuit.

As the TikToker notes, Kardashian’s brand Lemme – and Kardashian herself- are reportedly caught up in a class action lawsuit for allegedly “lying.” In the video, the TikToker explains that a law firm has opened a class action lawsuit against Kardashian and Lemme in which it alleges that the brand reportedly violated consumer rights by misleading and deceptively marketing its products.

This means that the Lemme gummies named (as this is a vitamin brand) reportedly do not have enough of each of the claimed supplements to actually help the body. The Lemme products named in the lawsuit are; Lemme Purr, Lemme Curb, Lemme Debloat, and Lemme Matcha.
This Reddit thread also discusses the class action lawsuit opened by Zimmerman-Reed. The post claims that if you purchased Lemme products recently you may be entitled to compensation and to fill out a free case review to learn more. People had a lot to say in the comment section about the claims against the Kardashian brand:
