According to this TikTok video posted by user @celebriteablinds, Alan Dershowitz was one of the names mentioned in the unsealed documents having been associated with Jeffrey Epstein. As the TikToker explains, Dershowitz, who is an American lawyer and law professor, helped Epstein get a plea deal, as also noted in this related article. His name is reportedly mentioned over 130 times in the filings.

As also outlined in the video, Virginia Louise Giuffre, who is an alleged victim of Epstein’s sex trafficking ring, supposedly withdrew a lawsuit back in 2022, alleging that she was trafficked by Epstein to Dershowitz. As outlined in the TikTok video, Giuffre claimed that she “may have made a mistake,” when it came to identifying him. Dershowitz was reportedly not worried about the unsealed documents being released to the public as he alleged that he had “done nothing wrong.”

In this TikTok video posted by user @newsnationnow, Dershowitz had previously come forward to claim that he wants “everything out,” seemingly in relation to the evidence and documents related to the Epstein case.

Alan Dershowitz Video Response

Dershowitz posted a video response in regards to the Epstein documents being unsealed, which ended up being 31 minutes in length, as noted in this related article.

The video was seemingly posted in defense, as he was one of the names who was revealed to have been associated with Epstein. The video is reportedly titled, ‘The Epstein list and guilty by association.’

“I had an innocent relationship with a man who I didn’t know, nobody suspected, had done anything wrong,” says Dershowitz. However, it was seemingly revealed that court documents allegedly exposed that Dershowitz reportedly forced a minor girl (referred to as Jane Doe 3 in the docs) to have sex with him on multiple occasions, as noted here. It is also alleged that Dershowitz saw other girls being abused, as outlined by filings by attorneys for Jane Doe 1 and Jane Doe 2 (here). Dershowitz is supposedly named 137 times in these documents as the article claims.

Dershowitz had previously denied claims of sleeping with an underage girl. He seemingly continues to deny these allegations and maintains his innocence following the documents being released.
