Chloe Tucker Caine from ‘Owning Manhattan’ gave birth to a baby girl on March 8, 2024. Chloe has revealed that she was secretly pregnant while filming season one of Owning Manhattan on Netflix. While some people are speculating if she is pregnant again, it appears for now she is just posting videos from her pregnancy with her daughter. One of Chloe’s recent posts shows a clip from a gender reveal with her husband. ‘Owning Manhattan’ crews were filming the reveal but the clip never aired. Owning Manhattan premiered on Netflix on June 28 and quickly cracked the Netflix top 10.

Owning Manhattan Season 2 Release Date Netflix

Owning Manhattan season 2 has not yet been confirmed by Netflix. However, Broker and CEO Ryan Serhant, did reveal that they have already filmed scenes that will make it into season 2. Given the success of the first season the likelihood of renewal is very possible. When speaking on the potential of season 2, Ryan said ““We have filmed some things that we weren’t able to continue with by the time shooting ended,” he revealed. “[They] didn’t make sense for season one. I think [they] are primed for season two and are intense, to say the least.”
