Why Does Flavor Flav Wear a Clock?
Roxanne Shante from SiriusXM had a chance to speak with Flav about his clock necklace and the time he spent with his rap group, Public Enemy.
Flav was allegedly given a stopwatch from a drug addict and was dared to wear it around his neck when Public Enemy opened for the Beastie Boys in 1986.
The clock necklace made headlines the next day, which since then has served as Flav’s trademark.
