The brand continues its commitment to empowering women and supporting female entrepreneurs through its latest initiative.

As a brand that is committed to empowering women, Lancôme is proud to announce the Mentoring Moment program. This is a multi-workshop initiative that will provide female entrepreneurs with the confidence, education, and guidance they need to succeed in business and take charge of their careers.

“Our mission at Lancôme is to promote positive perceptions of beauty so that both individually and collectively, women can thrive and commit to a happier future. We also believe that care is fundamental to the betterment of all women, which is why we are proud to provide these workshops in order to help women in Canada take ownership of their own futures,” says Amélie Fortier-Cyr, General Manager of Lancôme Canada.

The free workshops available as part of the initiative are a continued commitment to Write Her Future, which is a global philanthropic program that empowers women by giving them access to education, mentoring, and entrepreneurship. In an effort to support female entrepreneurs in the space and help empower them in their endeavours, the range of workshops covers a variety of topics that will help female entrepreneurs thrive and build a business to support the lives they want to live.

This October, a workshop led by Stephanie Wolfe will take place virtually on Tuesday, October 26th from 6:00 – 7:00 PM EDT. The link to sign up can be found HERE. This workshop will allow participants to network and learn from another mentor’s years of helpful experience.

In the brand’s ongoing mission to expand the Write Her Future program on a global scale, Lancôme has partnered with 15 international organizations and new initiatives continue to launch at pace. In Canada, Lancôme has partnered with the Canadian Women’s Foundation and helped 750 women achieve economic stability through skills training, mentorship, and self-employment programs.

Lancôme continues to value, expand and accelerate its commitment to sharing knowledge via workshops that foster key pillars of the philanthropic program, two of which include online mentorship and entrepreneurship. Lancôme has helped 50,000 women since 2017 and is aiming to help 100,000 by the end of 2022. Through the Mentoring Moment program happening this month, Lancôme aims to help at least 140 more women by the end of this year and double the number of women impacted in Canada in 2022.
