A Black Bear visits the magic kingdom to the delight of social media.
Even a Black Bear can be drawn to the magic of Disney World, and that’s what one bear did on Monday.
According to reports, the bear had been spotted in a tree on the grounds of the park.
But the situation had been resolved rather quickly with experts saying that the bear had been likely searching for food.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission safely removed the bear with aid of Law enforcement.
However, social media had a lot to say and were rather amused by spectacle the mama bear caused.
A bear was sighted near the Magic Kingdom, triggering the park’s Hall of Presidents et al. to close. The bear was later told he did not qualify for the Florida residency discount.https://t.co/XCjyBcNMbU

After the situation settled, a spokesperson for the FWC released a brief statement.
“In most cases, it is best for bears to be given space and to move along on their own, but given this situation, staff have captured the animal and are relocating the bear out of the park to an area in or around the Ocala National Forest.”

Also, the FWC explained the bear’s actions and why it would wander into the park.
“During the fall, bears are more active as they search for food to pack on fat reserves for the winter.”
“This particular bear was likely moving through the area searching for food.”
