As noted in the TikTok video, Grande and Gomez simultaneously filed for divorce after 2 years of marriage. TMZ reported the news, claiming that Grande cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason. Gomez reportedly filed his own divorce petition around the same time. The date of separation was allegedly February 20, 2023.
Although there is reportedly no bad blood between the two, this divorce filing follows allegations that Ethan Slater cheated on his wife Lilly Jay with Grande- in which Slater and Jay filed for divorce shortly after rumors began spreading.
