The 2024 Paris summer Olympics will commence on Friday, July 26th, and rumours are circulating that Dion might sing at the opening ceremony.
Dion, 56, was spotted outside the Le Royal Monceau hotel on July 23rd, where fans had the opportunity to take photos with her.
Sources like Variety, Le Parisien, and President Emmanuel Macron have acknowledged Dion’s presence in Paris.
What’s more, Dion even took to Instagram to post several photos of herself at The Louvre.
“Every time I return to Paris, I remember there’s so much beauty and joy still to experience in the world. I love Paris, and I’m so happy to be back! Thank you to our wonderful friends at The Louvre,” Dion wrote.
How is Celine Dion Doing?
Two years ago, Dion announced that she had been diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome (SPS).
According to BBC, SPS is a neurological condition that causes muscles to spasm.
In June, Dion’s documentary “I Am: Celine Dion” was released by Amazon MGM Studios.
The documentary serves as a love letter to Dion’s fans, as it delves into the music that has guided her life and the struggles that come with living with SPS.
