And she told ET’s Cassie DiLaura that she was ready to look for love again, if not marriage.

“I am officially outside and single and ready to mingle.”

However, she pointed out that there were a few standards she wanted for her future relationships.

What are the deal breakers in a relationship for Cynthia Bailey?

While attending the iHeart Festival this past weekend, Bailey made it clear that her standards were unchanged.

First, marriage is not the endgame, she’s just looking for love, which is great.

Because love should be the endgame and it doesn’t have to equate to “marriage.”

But that’s not all.

Secondly, there has to be friendship between the couple.

“Love is great. But friendship has to be there. I truly want to be with my best friend,” she told ET.

Third, she wanted a nice, successful man that would nurture her. This should be a given really, don’t you think?

“I always prayed for a successful guy. A nice guy… But I never prayed for a nurturing man.”

But now she has.
