Kim, who is the mother of Brielle, 25, and Ariana, 21, as well as Kroy Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and the 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia, is also asking for sole physical custody of the children and shared legal custody.
In addition, according to court documents, the reality star demands spousal support and wants to formally reclaim her maiden name.
The two met on-camera at a charity event in season three of RHOA in 2010, which marked the beginning of the couple’s love affair.

The couple was married in November 2011 more than a year after they first met, leading to their own spinoff, Don’t Be Tardy…, which ran for eight seasons and ended in the year 2020.
Kim and Kroy discussed the crucial elements of their long-term relationship just six months ago. “Choosing to love that person day in and day out, I think it’s a choice,” Kim told in November. “And a lot of times people are just so quick to throw in the towel.”

The athlete talked openly about his marriage to Kim during an interview with E! News in November 2022. Kroy remarked at the time, “Whether you’re married on camera or a regular person married, I don’t think there’s any difference.”
“And I think when things get tough, people don’t want to stay true to their vows and stay true to their partner. They’d rather just say ‘screw it’ and try it on the next one, but you got to hold true to your promises that you gave that person when you were standing in front of your friends and family,” he added.
