“I recently paid off my mom’s mortgage,” Sweeney, 26, revealed during an interview which took place this past week on March 27, with Who What Wear. “As a kid, I always dreamt of being able to take care of my parents, so that was a really big thing for me to be able to do.”

The Euphoria star shared that she has always kept a good relationship with her family while still being in the entertainment industry. Although her parents are now divorced she reportedly remains close with them both. According to the 26-year-old, her close relationship with her family has helped her stay grounded through her journey in the public eye and job.

Sweeney began her career as a guest star in TV shows such as 90210, Criminal Minds, Grey’s Anatomy, and Pretty Little Liars. She began getting bigger roles on her first show, Everything Sucks! and then things really took off for her when Euphoria launched. She recently starred alongside Glen Powell in Anyone But You.
