Jennifer Aniston is speaking up against Republican Sen. JD Vance after his comment from a 2021 interview has resurfaced and gone viral on the internet.

July 25, 2024- Jennifer Aniston recently took to her Instagram story to criticize Republican Senator JD Vance for a comment he made about the country being led by “childless cat ladies”.

Vance’s comment came from a 2021 interview, where he claimed the U.S. is being led by “a bunch of childless cat ladies.”

Aniston, who has openly discussed her struggles with fertility, took to Instagram to voice her disliking towards Vance.

“I truly can’t believe this is coming from a potential VP of The United States,” Aniston wrote.

“All I can say is… Mr. Vance, I pray that your daughter is fortunate enough to bear children of her own one day. I hope she will not need to turn to IVF as a second option. Because you are trying to take that away from her, too,” Aniston continued.

The actress screenshotted an X posting from Ron Filipkowski with the clip from the 2021 interview.

“JD Vance says women who haven’t given birth like Kamala Harris are ‘childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives,’ and have ‘no direct stake’ in America.

In 2022, Aniston spoke with Allure Magazine to discuss her problems with conceiving and her unsuccessful rounds of in vitro fertilization (IVF).

“It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road,” Aniston told Allure.
