Kaitlyn Bristowe and Zac Clark sparked dating rumors when a viral video of the pair started circulating online on New Year’s Eve. Did friend Katie Maloney just subtly hint at the alleged couple being together?

Check out why some people think so, below.

According to this TikTok video posted by user @nickviall, Maloney may have hinted at the duo being more than friends during a recent podcast episode of The Viall Files.

In the TikTok video, Maloney claims that she doesn’t want to “throw anyone under the bus” after being asked if she was aware that the pair (Bristowe and Clark) reportedly stirred up some drama in Bachelor Nation after being caught together in a viral video on New Year’s Eve.

The podcast hosts alleged that the viral moment looked like a “New Year’s Eve kiss” type of situation to some viewers as the screenshot that was circulating online seemed to capture the two with their arms around each other seemingly right around midnight. Bristowe then took to social media to share her response to all of the drama and address the backlash she was getting.

Maloney thought that the treatment Bristowe was receiving was “unfair” and “harsh” as she was just hanging with friends.

“Is there something going on with her and Zac,” host Nick Viall asks during the segment. “That’s not for me to say,” claims Maloney in the clip.

“So not no,” says Viall in response.

“I don’t want to speak about what’s going on in her personal life,” says Maloney, visibly flustered.

“Listen, you’ll get it as a now host of a successful podcast,” states Viall. “You’re going to have to ask some tough questions to each other, to your guests.”

What do you think of Maloney’s response- she didn’t outwardly deny claims regarding the duo allegedly dating, so could Bristowe and Clark actually be a couple? Looks like we’ll have to wait and see what happens.
