If you type in Kendall’s name on Caitlyn’s Instagram’s “following ” search bar, nothing comes up. People on Reddit have done a deep dive into the other accounts Caitlyn still follows which include, Kanye West, Matt Gaetz, Sean Hannity and the Trump family. As a result a lot of people are criticizing Caitlyn for unfollowing Kendall.

There is no information yet about what disagreement or occurrence could have caused Caitlyn to unfollow Kendall Jenner on Instagram. There re also some people speculating on Reddit that there is a chance that Kendall blocked Caitlyn, which removed her from her followers.
