The video allegedly featured the caption: “Michael Hanley left his phone in the pub; look what he was doing.” HOLR will not be linking to the video. The graphic video making its rounds online reportedly contains disturbing content. Allegedly, the identity of the man in the video going viral was not revealed, in which internet users were able to relate the footage to a man in Dublin also named Michael Hanley- who supposedly owns a carriage company called Comfort Carriages.

However, after receiving an influx of comments relating to the alleged footage, Hanley “denied allegations that he was a horse abuser.” As a result, it is alleged that Michael Hanley is not in fact the man in the viral video noted in the article. The article seemingly concludes that Hanley’s social media account has been disabled and internet users agree that the video was a False Flag operation created to reportedly slander Hanley and his company.
