The iconic cat Garfield is back, voiced by Chris Pratt.

Sony Pictures Entertainment dropped the trailer of “The Garfield Movie.” It stars Chris Pratt, who voiced Garfield and Samuel L. Jackson, who voiced Vic, Garfield’s father.

The trailer begins with Garfield (Pratt) on the streets heading to a restaurant. Garfield reaches the window, where he meets his owner, Jon. He offers him his pizza, but eventually, he ends up gobbling up the entire restaurant. Then he says, “And that’s how I adopted Jon.” The trailer also introduced Garfield’s father, Vic (Jackson).

It also stars Hannah Waddingham, Ving Rhames, Nicholas Hoult, Cecily Strong, Harvey Guillén, Brett Goldstein and Bowen Yang. Mark Dindal is the director. He is an animator who worked on many animated films. As a director, he directed Chicken Little (2006).

Producers are John Cohen, Broderick Johnson, Andrew A. Kosove, Steven P. Wegner, Craig Sost, Namit Malhotra and Crosby Clyse.
