October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. As a disease that affects people and families around the world every year,  these brands are working towards spreading awareness and funding breast cancer research through their own inspiring initiatives.

Let’s spotlight some of the inspiring brands that are working towards supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Estée Lauder Companies

Estée Lauder Companies has been a leader in funding and supporting Breast Cancer awareness. In fact, Evelyn Lauder founded the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) in 1993. As outlined in a press release from the brand, Estée Lauder Companies is celebrating its 30-year milestone with the BCRF this October. As a result, BCRF researchers have been able to make significant breakthroughs in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment through support from The Campaign.

Toronto’s acclaimed beauty studio, B. Beautiful is proud to announce its ongoing partnership with Rethink Breast Cancer as one of the brand’s community partners for 2022 and 2023. Founder Brittni Alexandra has partnered with Rethink since February 2020, and is excited to commit to a third year with this incredible organization and its network of strong individuals.

As a result, within the month of October 2022 and again in February 2023, B. Beautiful will donate 50% of all proceeds from High-Definition Brow services to Rethink. On top of the HD Brow services, B. Beautiful will also be donating 10% of all micro-blading services throughout the entire month of June. In addition, B. Beautiful will donate $3,000 to Rethink to support its efforts.

In continued efforts, the B. Beautiful studio will create instructional blog posts and videos on how to properly fill in your brows. The brand will also host workshops throughout the year for those living with Breast Cancer.

Jewelry brand, Lisa Gozlan, wants its consumers to “think pink” this October.

In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness month, a portion of all Rose Gold sales will be donated to Breast Cancer Canada. From bracelets to earrings to rings, you can shop the brand’s Rose Gold collection knowing a portion of sales will go towards funding breakthrough Breast Cancer research.
