They both seem single at the moment on social media as Jess insinuated this back in March, and Harry has famously claimed that he broke up with a “secret” girlfriend last year who many believe was Jess as Perfect Match was filmed last year. It is unclear if the two rekindled afterward.
Harry and Rylee– his Dancing with the Stars partner, were famously rooted for during the show’s season last year, which many speculated led to Harry and Jess breaking up as the internet was “shipping” Harry and Rylee. The pair (Harry and Rylee) also spent a lot of time together filming the show but it is unclear if they dated at all.

As of right now, it is unclear if Jess and Harry are still together. It seems unlikely that the duo might still be dating based on rumors- even though they are currently matched up in the first series drop on the latest Season of Perfect Match. Looks like we will have to tune in and see what happens to the pair.
