Fans have been wondering if Ryan Gosling and his partner, Eva Mendes, will be appearing together on the Barbie’s red carpets. The actress addressed the general wonder and it seems that it is… unlikely to happen.

In the comments section of a recent Instagram video posted by the actress, fans have asked Mendes if she is going to be seen together with her husband at the movie’s upcoming red carpets. “I really hope Barbie will get through the Awards Season just to see you w Ryan.” a fan commented, as seen here. As a response, Eva mentioned “they don’t do those things together.” “What a cool comment, thank you. But we don’t do those things together. Like these photos I’ve been posting, I’m only comfortable posting because it’s already out there.” the comment read.

She then continued by explaining why she doesn’t t feel comfortable attending red carpets with her husband. “By ‘not comfortable,’ I mean exposing our very private life that we value. I’m still dying to do another movie with him though…” Eva said.
