Explore the world, one beer at a time with Creemore’s new Discovery Series. Each brew is inspired by classic brews from around the globe, crafted in Creemore & delivered fresh; available exclusively from the Creemore Brewery retail store and online.
The second brew of the series is a German-style Oktoberfest lager with an abundance of malt and a soft, bitter finish. You can guess by the name what this brew is celebrating, making this the perfect addition to any Oktoberfest gathering! Creemore looked to recreate a traditional Marzen or ‘march beer’, a special higher strength beer that traditionally would be served at Oktoberfest in Munich. The original recipe for this style of beer dates back to the early 1840s and is officially recognized as Oktoberfest in 1872.
