Marvel Studios: Assembled – The Making of Moon Knight – Wednesday, May 11

Moon Knight is part of Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It stars Oscar Isaac as an average museum employee who lives a double life as a mercenary. The show and the character himself are considered a darker and wilder MCU project to date (although that’s probably no longer accurate in light of Sam Raimi’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness). It premiered on March 30th and ended last May 4th. After Moon Knight’s season finale, the cast and crew of the show will reveal how Marvel Studios brought the superhero vigilante character to life. Watch interviews with lead actor Oscar Isaac and the show’s villain Ethan Hawke, followed by behind-the-scenes footage from the set. In addition, The Making of Moon Knight will show a roundtable discussion with the series’ directors.

The Quest – Wednesday, May 11

The Quest is a competition series that immerses eight real-life teenagers into the fantasy world of Everealm. It is kind of like a real-life RPG which makes it so exciting for any fantasy fans out there. For eight episodes, the heroes slash contestants are tasked to save the Kingdom by fulfilling an ancient prophecy. Of course, an immersive fantasy world will not be complete without castles, royals, ethereal Fates, and all sorts of mythical creatures and characters.

Sneakerella  – Friday, May 13

Sneakerella is exactly what you think it is: a Cinderella story with New York’s sneaker culture. Although this one does not emphasize the outrageous sneaker resale community, Sneakerella instead focuses on the main character’s dream to become a shoe designer. Sneakerella is also gender-bent with Chosen Jacobs playing the big-hearted stock boy, El. Read more about Sneakerella and watch the trailer, HERE.

Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers – Friday, May 20

Not a reboot, but a comeback! Chip ‘n Dale comes back this May in a hybrid of live-action and CGI animated action-comedy movie. The animated cartoon is set in modern-day Los Angeles and stars SNL alumni, John Mulaney and Andy Samberg. The original movie will premiere on May 20, exclusively on Disney+.

Obi-Wan Kenobi Part I and II – Friday, May 27

Star Wars fans stay winning with yet another Star Wars-related show. The story of Obi-Wan Kenobi begins a decade after the events that took place in Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. Obi-Wan must face his greatest defeat—AKA the rise and descent of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader. Fans can watch the two-episode premiere on May 27th.

Now for nonfiction and documentary series viewers, Ron Howard’s We Feed People is about José Andrés’ nonprofit organization. The documentary will follow the Michelin star chef and his 12-year journey of creating World Central Kitchen—known for its great contributions to the disaster relief sector in humanitarian aid. His story and organization are more relevant than ever due to the unprecedented increase in natural disasters posed by climate change.
