Al Pacino, 83, and girlfriend Noor Alfallah, 29, welcomed their first baby, TMZ reported earlier this week. The actor became a father for the fourth time, and according to the outlet, the “parents are ecstatic.”
Even though initially, the sex of the baby was not revealed, TMZ later added that the actor and his partner welcomed a baby boy. “I am confirming that Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have welcomed a son named Roman Pacino.” the actor’s representative, Stan Rosenfield, informed TMZ.

His baby with Alfallah is the fourth kid the actor has welcomed into his life. She shares a daughter, Julie, with his ex-partner Jan Tarrant and twins Anton and Olivia with ex Beverly D’Angelo, as noted here.
According to TMZ, the fourth baby was a surprise, as Al Pacino thought he could no longer have kids. As this article noted, with knowledge from direct sources, Al Pacino even demanded a DNA test that proved he was the baby’s father.

Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have been linked since April 2022. However, PageSix noted that the two had been dating before that time. “She has been with Al for some time, and they get on very well. The age gap doesn’t seem to be a problem, even though he is older than her father.” a source informed the outlet. “She moves with the wealthy jet-set crowd, and she comes from a family with money.” the insider added.
