Ingredients:
1 ½ Part Summit Vodka
½ Part Fresh Lime Juice
4 Parts Ginger Beer
Lime Wedge to Garnish
Method:
- Fill glass with ice
- Pour in vodka and lime juice
- Fill glass with ginger beer and gently swirl to mix
- Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
