What is the Alleged Lawsuit Against King Combs?

King Combs, son of Diddy, is facing a lawsuit for sexual assault stemming from a 2022 yacht party, with allegations made by Grace O’Marcaigh, who claims to have audio recordings of the incident as mentioned by TMZ.

The suit, filed in L.A., seemingly accuses King Combs of inappropriate behavior during a yacht party. O’Marcaigh alleges that King Combs became fixated on her, made her consume spiked liquor, and attempted to kiss and grope her despite her objections. She further claims that King Combs cornered her in a studio on the yacht and tried to force her into performing oral sex. Photos of bruising on her forearm are included in the lawsuit as evidence of the altercation.

What did King Combs Do?

The lawsuit also seemingly implicates Rodney Jones, a music producer formerly hired by Diddy, who was allegedly present at the yacht party. O’Marcaigh’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, who also represents Jones, filed the suit against King Combs and Diddy. Diddy is accused of chartering the yacht and is named as a defendant for allegedly aiding and abetting King Combs in the assault.

Interestingly, the lawsuit mentions Diddy’s presence onboard with women described as “sex workers” and an incident where Diddy exposed himself to Yung Miami during a game. O’Marcaigh alleges that these events were recorded by a Hulu camera crew.

The alleged lawsuit against King Combs and Diddy represents another legal challenge in a complex situation involving multiple parties and allegations of misconduct.
