Hamas Propaganda Videos

As the war between Israel and Hamas intensifies, the Hamas terrorist organization continues to release propaganda videos and statements in an attempt to sway public opinion. From trying to deceive the public that they were not responsible for the hospital bombing in Gaza, despite proof and analysis from Israel and multiple external sources, to posting videos denying the capacity of their involvement in the terrorist attacks on October 7th. However, this is nothing new for terrorist organizations and dictatorships like the Nazis under Adolf Hitler’s rule and what happens in North Korea under Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

Propaganda is an effective psychological tool that is used to control and to dehumanize a group of people. People often look back at history and wonder how the Holocaust happened and propaganda and terror played a big role in that. During the Nazi regime, Hitler launched a propaganda campaign that the Jewish people were responsible for economic strife despite there being no justified reason to spread such hateful messaging which ultimately contributed to the persecution and murder of 6 million Jewish people.

Watch another Hamas propaganda video below. In the video below Hamas posted a video trying to dispute that they beheaded babies, raped women and murdered 250 innocent people in cold blood. Number one, they did behead children but because there weren’t forty children killed in this manner and that information was corrected after it came out that they massacred babies, beheaded some and burnt others alive, they are trying to cover up their crimes by saying “well we didn’t behead all 40 babies’, meanwhile regardless of how they did it, it was still barbaric and murder. Number two, they said they didn’t rape anyone but there is at least one video that they themselves posted of an Israeli girl being taken into Gaza with blood visible on her pants between her legs and other signs of abuse all over her body. There are also people that survived the music festival massacre that recounted how they were raping women next to their dead friend’s bodies. Third, they said they didn’t kill anyone at the music festival and later they came out to say that it was self-defence. Meanwhile, messages in their Telegram chats days prior show them bragging about “liquidating” 240 people who were drinking and dancing and also saying that they shot everyone in sight.

Hamas Propaganda Explained

Propaganda is a very dangerous tool and people and celebrity figures who are currently reposting blatant terrorist propaganda like Simi Haze and Alana Hadid (Bella Hadid and Gigi Hadid’s sister) are perpetuating a vicious cycle of division, violence and alienation of Jewish people but also of innocent Palestinians. What they are doing is not just supporting Palestinian rights but also supporting terrorists by not condemning Hamas actions and in fact, supporting them by reposting their strategic propaganda without a second thought or doing any research. They have every right to support innocent Palestinians and many Israelis were also advocating for more rights for Palestinians when they were protesting their government this summer but by not recognizing the role that Hamas played in all of this, they are not bringing the Palestinian people any closer to peace.

Explain Why Nazi Propaganda Was Effective

Nazi propaganda was a strategy created by Adolf Hitler to push his agenda of killing innocent Jewish people. When Hitler came into power he created a “Ministry of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda to shape German public opinion and behavior.” The core focus of this group was to spread hateful messaging and make all Jewish people appear to be the enemy in the eyes of every German. Sound familiar? This is exactly what Hamas is trying to do now by pushing complete lies to the public and using emotions and fake information to elicit a negative response from the masses about all Jewish people. For those who argue that they are anti-Zionist and not anti-Semitic as a result of this spread of Hamas misinformation and propaganda, just look at the protests taking place around the world. If it really was just about Palestinian rights, then why are so many people chanting things like “Gas the Jews”, (Sydney Australia) “From the River to The Sea” (which implies the complete elimination of Jewish people living on the land in Israel, as well as ” Curse All Jews” (which happened at a protest in Windsor, Ontario). The Nazis were very skilled at spreading lies and promoting propaganda and used strategic advertising techniques and the most up to date technology available at the time to spread their messaging. Hamas is now doing the exact same thing and disturbingly it is working on some people who would rather cling to hatred instead of using this devastating moment in history to do their research in as unbiased manner as possible and to fight for peace for all of the innocent people that are caught up in this war.
