Joe Rogan of “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast only available on Spotify has made comments on April 23rd episode that he believes that young healthy kids shouldn’t worry about getting the COVID-19 Vaccine, which really stirred the pot for Spotify.

Joe Rogan is known to have very controversial conversations on his podcast, many of them to be heard and believed by viewers as ‘conspiracy theories.’ With the information and claims the Rogan makes on a weekly basis this has easily become one of the most controversial, considering he as around 190 million listeners each month.

Rogan stated, “If you’re, like, 21 years old, and you say to me, should I get vaccinated? I’ll go no” which is a statement that seems very logical. The vaccine for COVID-19 varies between companies, for Pfizer has been approve for ages 16 and older while Moderna has been approved for those 18 and older.

Rogan continued with, “We’re talking about something that is not statistically dangerous for children. But yet people still want you to get your child vaccinated, which is crazy to me.” This statement is very logical, when it came to COVID-19 it was stated that the effects it took were for people of older age and underlying heath issues, so for this statement Rogan’s logic is correct.

Vaccines have been a big issue for years and many people have grown up not taking them, especially common ones like the annual flu-shot. If a young kid under the age of 21 is active and healthy why should they be forced to take the vaccine?

With these controversial topics including health and safety, Spotify and Rogan have a lot to deal with when it comes to these claims. In previous episodes when Rogan and his guests talked about misinformation Spotify took them down, but what is stopping them from taking this episode down? With all the accusations and headaches that Spotify is dealing with, why not take down the episode and call it a day.
