Heidi Montag’s interview details her 22-pound weight loss, fitness journey, family life, and upcoming projects, including music and reality TV.

Heidi Montag has undergone a significant transformation, losing 22 pounds without using Ozempic. In an exclusive interview with a Publication, she shared how her perspective on the ideal body has evolved over the years. Montag, who recently gave birth to her second child, Ryker, focused on improving her fitness after the pregnancy.

Her approach included cutting down on sugar, bread, and alcohol while incorporating Hydroxycut into her routine. Montag emphasized the importance of strength and feeling good over focusing solely on weight loss. She expressed satisfaction with her toned arms and overall fitness level, noting that her goal was longevity and sustainability in health.

Montag’s workout routine consisted of five to seven sessions per week, mainly focused on weight training exercises like squats, pushups, pullups, ring rows, and lunges. She also stayed active by going on hikes with her children and incorporating exercises into her daily routine, such as doing squats while holding her son.
